The company has a very concentrated ownership structure with Jasnitsingh Wadhwa, the Executive Chairman.

In December 2000, MCC successfully catered enquirers for many countries including: United Kingdom, North America, South America, Russia, Asia, Africa, Middle East, Far East, Europe, Australia and New Zealand finding courses and programs of study that suited particular needs of students. MCC is shifting its programming format to appeal more to the 16 to 30 year olds. This position is more in direct competition with the other recruitment consultants in the country.

Also, MegWay has well-established connections with many universities, further education colleges in the UK, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, and other universities and institutions around the world. In setting up and managing the Megway Career consultants, Mr. Jasnit Singh Wadhwa have brought together a team of academic advisers that have extensive experience and skills gained from working in the area of academic leadership & guidance in further education methods of various countries.

Over the years, MegWay has developed and managed the Customized Degree Programs within a scheme, which spans further and higher education levels and different award systems allowing individuals access to flexible programs that suit their personal aspirations and particular career pathways.
